1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Hong Kong SAR: via SF Express
  • Asia (excl. Korea): Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Macao SAR, Taiwan, Thailand (UPS Standard or similar)
  • South Korea: Republic of Korea (UPS Standard or similar)
  • European Union: EU member states (FedEx / UPS)
  • United States & Canada: Economy Air or UPS Express
  • United Kingdom & New Zealand: FedEx / UPS

If your country is not available at checkout, contact us. We prefer to say “not yet” instead of over‑promising.

2. Order Processing Timeline
  • Order Confirmation: Payment confirmed, your order enters our Hong Kong facility queue.
  • Preparation (1–2 business days): We check, pack, and label your products.
  • Dispatch: We hand your parcel to the carrier and email you a tracking link.

Orders placed on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays are prepared on the next business day. We prioritise accuracy over rushing.

3. Key Shipping Fees (By Region)

Hong Kong SAR (SF Express)

  • Prepaid delivery: from HKD 30 (about 1–2 bottles)
  • Cash on delivery: You pay SF directly (rate set by SF)
  • Free shipping: From about 1.01–25 kg (multi‑bottle / bundles)
  • Orders over 25 kg: We may arrange Lalamove/van delivery.

Asia (excluding South Korea)

  • 0–1.0 kg: USD 6
  • 1.01–25.0 kg: Free shipping
  • Bulk orders (>25 kg) quoted manually.

South Korea

  • 0–1.0 kg: KRW 8,000
  • 1.01–25.0 kg: Free shipping
  • Bulk orders (>25 kg) quoted manually.

United States & Canada

  • Economy Air: From USD 15–18 (9–14 business days)
  • UPS Express: From USD 20–36 (2–3 business days)
  • Wholesale (25–100 kg) quoted manually (starts ~USD 150).

European Union & United Kingdom & New Zeland

  • EU (FedEx/UPS): From USD 35 (≈1 bottle) up to USD 75 (9+ bottles).
  • UK (FedEx/UPS): From GBP 35 (≈1 bottle) up to GBP 75 (9+ bottles).
  • Bulk orders (>25 kg) quoted manually (starts ~150 USD/GBP).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

⚠️ Important Notice

Import duties, VAT, and handling fees are decided by your local customs or carrier and are paid by you.

Product prices and published shipping fees paid at checkout cover Carbon Copy charges only. If customs need extra documents, we’ll help provide them.

5. Address Accuracy & Returned Parcels

You control the address. We control dispatch. Please check your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If a parcel returns to us due to Incorrect address, Non‑collection, or Refused delivery, we can either:

  1. Reship: After you pay the additional shipping cost.
  2. Refund: Minus original shipping cost and any carrier return fees.
6. Tracking, Lost or Damaged Shipments

You’ll receive a tracking link by email after dispatch (may take 24–48 hours to update).

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Keep the box and all packaging.
  • Take clear photos of the damage and shipping label.
  • Contact us immediately with your order number. We’ll work with our logistics partners to investigate.
7. Discreet Packaging

Parcels are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. Only you (and whoever opens it with you) will know what’s inside. This may not be applied if gift sets and special instructions in relation to wrapping and gift set is made.

This policy applies to orders placed on Carbon Copy® website. When shipping routes, carriers, or rates change, we update this page first.
